Aerosoft Systems Pvt. Ltd., Pune has developed a software solution for an Airline to compute the "Physical (Quality) Parameters". The solution has two flavors, firstly as a Web enabled or secondly as processed results.
The system accepts inputs from various sources Airline CRS, Portal, Pilot Reports, Engineering Report, and Time Table etc. Data extracted is processed to compute the parameters in report format. Some of the inputs and report types are illustrated below.
Inputs required by the System
- Airline Time Table
- Pre Flight, Post Flight and Uplift Reports per flight, incl. revenue per PAX
- Airline Pilot Report
- Airline Engineering Report
- Airline Aircraft Data
Output from the system
Some of the reports generated by the system are as below. All the reports have "Export to Excel" facility.
- 3B-3C Reports
- 3B - Scheduled Flights Report
- 3B Minor (Point to Point) - Scheduled Flights Report
- 3C1 Summery Statement - Regular
- 3C1 Minor - Summery Statement
- 3C2 Aircraft Type, Registration and Operations wise Flying Hours report
- RA30-30 Reports
- M1/M3 Report - Route wise, Flight wise Revenue and Non-Revenue Traffic with Revenue Earned report.
- M2/M4 Report - Route wise, Aircraft wise Revenue and Non-Revenue Traffic with Revenue Earned report.
- M5 Report - light wise, Passenger and Overall Load Factor Report
- M6 Report - Aircraft Type wise, Passenger and Overall Load Factor Report
- DGCA & ICAO Reports
- 3rd/4th Freedom Carriage Report
- Sector wise Uplift & Discharge Report
- ICAO Form A
- Fuel Uplift Reports
- Sectorwise and flight wise fuel uplift
- Fuel Bill calculation based on variable rate card.
Process Engine
The process engine when invoked, matches at top level the flights operated, taking into account various inputs as listed above. This matching is done on basis of Flight Number, Date, Sector operated, and exceptions are raised. For the operated flights, all the relevant parameters are either calculated or populated from the input files, to a database. Exceptions reported are handled in a two-prong strategy. Firstly, by attempting to locate related field information in other input files. Secondly, by working in close coordination with the concerned department of the airline.
For a web-hosted solution, the reports are generated as Internet Explorer (IE) pages. Export to Excel facility is provided for each report.
For a processed data solution, reports in the form of Excel sheet are provided.
